Build Your Own New York City Papercrafts

New York City Papercraft Hey look, another New York papercraft set, last time it was NY City icons now we focus on building structures + a train.
Build Your Own New York is a series of postcards published by Wurlington Brothers Press which can be cut and assembled into miniature paper models of prominent New York landmarks. We look for some of the spirit, if not the complexity, of the beautiful "Micromodels" designed by Geoffrey Heighway in the 1950s. All postcards are designed and drawn by Matt Bergstrom.

These New York City papercrafts include the following: Skycrapers (AT&T Building, Citicorp Center, Empire State Building, and Flatiron Building), Washington Memorial Arch, and IRT Train. Each paper model comes in a printed postcard (4-5/8" x 6-3/4") and cost $1.50 each, if you want to build the entire thing, that would be $9.

If you're a "thrifter" and can't afford Big Apple prices ^^ there's free papercraft models that you can download: One Times Square, Cleopatra's Needle, and the World Trade Center or you can head west and check out more free stuff featuring Chicago landmarks. Hat tip to Skelekitty for the links.
