I've probably mentioned this a few times before - this Howl's Moving Castle papercraft was published by Kodansha back in December 2004 and was sold for $40 back then. It was designed by Kyoichi Shimazaki (aka ghostman, aka Ghost Maker). The book is now out of print, but collectors can still find a few copies floating around Yahoo Auctions JP, Amazon JP, and Rakuten for double or triple the original price.
