The Hughes XF-11 was prototype recon
aircraft designed by billionaire aviator/industrialist Howard Hughes for the United States Army Air Force (c 1946).The XF-11 never made it to the approval stage/final production due to an unfortunate crash, it was supposed to be used by the military for long-range photo-reconnaissance.
