The Forbidden City is a walled section of central Beijing, China, which encloses the palace of 24 emperors in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Formerly closed to the public (hence its name), it is now a vast museum and a major tourist attraction.
The Forbidden City
is the world's largest surviving palace complex, covering 72 hectares with 980 buildings. As you can see from the pics, this Forbidden City papercraft obviously doesn't cover the whole city - instead, it only covers one building, "The Hall of Supreme Harmony".
The Hall of Supreme Harmony
