Onix is a dual type Rock and Ground Pokemon, it is the pre-evolved form of the Steelix.The Onix is a burrowing creature that spends most of its time underground. It travels underneath the earth at a rate of 50 mph. The tunnels left behind from its burrowing are sometimes used by other Ground Pokemons as their homes.
