Manta Ray is a character on the Super Mario 64 video game, appears on both the Nintendo 64 and DS version. It can be found on the 9th course / second water-themed level called Dire, Dire Docks. Manta Ray swims around leaving a trail of rings on which Mario can swim through to obtain a Power Star.
