Canon Papercraft Animal - Hippopotamus

Canon Creative Park (Japan) has released the hippopotamus papercraft on their Animal section. The name hippopotamus comes from the Greek word which means "river horse". The hippo is an extremely large African herbivore with a round body, short legs, and a big head. They are usually found in rivers and lakes. This papercraft is not available on their English site so I provided the link to its exact page.

WALL·E Papercraft Robot

Designer Gary Pilsworth has released a WALL·E papercraft based on Pixar's new animated film coming out June 2008. WALL·E is short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth Class.



The year is 2700 and mankind has left Earth. After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL·E the robot, discovers a new purpose in life when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. She realizes that WALL·E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet's future, and races back to space to report her findings to the humans. Meanwhile, WALL·E chases EVE across the galaxy and sets an adventure into motion.

Another old school Nintendo papercraft for today, this one is the Blue Falcon spacecraft based on the futuristic racing video game F-Zero. It was released for the Super NES console and was created by the Nintendo EAD (Entertainment Analysis and Development) group along with Shigeru Miyamoto (as producer). The papercraft pattern is an image file and is a bit on the small side, you might want to enlarge it before printing.

S Gundam Papercraft

The MSA-0011 S Gundam, aka Superior Gundam, is another one of the transformable mobile suits in the Gundam universe. This incredibly powerful Gundam is a modular type which can separate into three parts, each part having a cockpit of its own and can function autonomously. It made its appearance in the Gundam Sentinel photo novel series. This great papercraft was designed by etigoya.

"Willie Goldman, co-executive producer of the tv show “Ace of Cakes” on the Food Network, is currently writing a book based on their show, and their plan is to pack it with lots of fun visual bonus content. MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam Papercraft

What we have today is the SD (super deformed) version of the ZZ Gundam papercraft by toyoppe. It comes with a backpack and a double beam rifle.

The MSZ-010 ZZ Gundam is named after the series of the same name and designed by Makoto Kobayashi. The ZZ is pronounced as Double Zeta. In the series, this Gundam is one of the transformer type - it can switch between the massive G-Fortress flyer, the core base, core top, and core fighter.
